		Tools for Crimping Wire Ferrules American Electrical has a wide range of low cost, high quality hand, pneumatic and automatic tools for crimping wire ferrules, stripping and cutting wire. We offer both Pneumatic and Electrical equipment to help combat the fatigue and the high labor associated with crimping wire ferrules. Our pneumatic crimpers cover from 24 AWG to 8 AWG and come in a lightweight handheld or "handsfree" bench model. The Crimp Max operates on 120 VAC and will strip and crimp wires in 1.5 seconds. It weighs only 26 pounds, portable enough to support locations at the factory floor and rugged enough to withstand it. DIN Rail saves space since it organizes terminals in a set pattern. DIN Rail saves time since many other control components can be mounted on the same rail - no components are direct mounted - ultimately saving our customers money. 		DIN Rail Mounted Interface Modules The American Electrical Interface Modules are available with D-sub or IDC connectors, enabling users to attach field wiring and "plug and play" the Module to the controller. We offer the cables as well.




		DIN Rail Mounted Disconnect Switches American Electrical has two series of disconnect switches, ranging from 16 A to 125 A. Isolation of control equipment is an important design consideration. Our disconnect switches can provide isolation and lock out points for power supplies, transformers, small motors or any other types of controls. Accessories, such as auxiliary contacts are used to electrically indicate the switch position. Remote operation shuts off and handles are offered for those designs that are thru-panel.
